Shipping Domestic / International. Shipping Time
SHIPPING DOMESTIC: The item will be shipped to the buyer via FedEx Ground / Home Delivery within 2 - 3 business days after cleared PayPal payment, insured for the full value along with signature delivery and tracking. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order. In some cases it may take longer. We ship to Continental 48 states only and only where FedEx Ground / Home delivery is able to deliver (for example FedEx do not make deliveries to Anna Maria Island, FL). Please make sure your address is within FedEx delivery map within Continental US. Will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any of US Protectorates. Will not ship to PO Boxes. Due to the value of this item per PayPal policy we must ship to your PayPal physical and confirmed address only. Please make certain your address is current and PayPal confirmed. Requests sent to us for change of shipping / delivery address (different than provided by PayPal) or ship at a latter date won't be honored. FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If no one at the delivery address is able to sign for the package FedEx have this convenient option for delivery date change request by the recipient of the package or package hold request at local FedEx facility for pick up at a later date at recipient's convenience. Only the recipient of the package can request change of delivery date or package hold for pick up at a later date. SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: We do not ship to international customers at the present time. No shipping to Canada as well. LOCAL PICK UP: We do not offer local pick up at the present time. But for high valued items (over $1,000) we can deliver for free within 50 miles radius of Gurnee, Illinois (between North / West of Chicago, IL area and South / West of Milwaukee, WI area). If you are in the stated above area and prefer this option you must contact us before making purchase / payment so we make arrangements and remove the shipping charge.

Damaged order
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely to its destination. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any carton damage or breakage. Any visual damage must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package" before accepting delivery. If you received the item damaged while in transit please contact us immediately. We will file a claim for a damaged while in transit item and will send further instructions you need to comply with. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. Failure to make a claim within this time frame will result in denial of the claim.

Local Pick up
We do not offer local pick up at the present time. But for high valued items (over $1,000) we can deliver for free within 50 miles radius of Gurnee, Illinois (between North / West of Chicago, IL area and South / West of Milwaukee, WI area). If you are in the stated above area and prefer this option you must contact us before making purchase / payment so we make arrangements and remove the shipping charge.

Order Cancellation. Return Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Requests for order cancellation won't be honored. Please bid or buy only if you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions, the content of the listing, you want the item offered for sale, and you are able to make prompt payment. Preferred payment is PayPal. Payment is due within 24 hours. All orders will be shipped once payment has been cleared.
